Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic hardware?
Yes, all hardware sold by Robeat Producers comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my studio setup?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that opened software and ear-worn items like in-ear monitors are non-returnable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized financing options like Affirm for high-end studio gear.
Are the audio interfaces compatible with both Mac and PC?

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
