At Robeat Producers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional audio gear and studio equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your sonic standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Robeat account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
